One of the last survivor

 Near of my house, there is a singular wood that is very particular of the others. Tha Panul Wood is a place where some kind of native trees lives in the Andean foothills. Why I want to talk about it? Because the Panul is in danger for the development of the population.
 The Panul has many kind of native trees and native and exceptional fauna living in there like quillay and litre trees or Culpeo fox, Black-chested Buzzard-eagle and Condor between others.
 In the city where the Panul grows it's calling La Florida. This place is in the suburb of Santiago, but every year the population continous growing and theirs needs too, so the place is getting smaller for the houses constructions. The Chilean lay protects the Panul, but other kind of laws allow the use of that place to expand the city. It is that why, some months ago, the neighbourhood stands up and rises a protest defending the wood area.
